The Chain of Survival: The 3 Simple steps to Help Save a Life during Sudden Cardiac Arrest

Every moment counts when it comes to cardiac arrest! Do you know what to do if you find someone not conscious or breathing normally?
The process is called the Chain of Survival. It’s 3 simple steps are to Call, Push, Shock.
Call - Call 000 and send someone to get an AED if there’s one nearby 
Push - Push hard and fast on the middle of the patient’s chest - administer CPR - the triple 000 operator will guide you through how to do it. 
Shock - when the AED arrives, turn it on, the AED will tell you what to do in order to see if it is able to shock the heart back into a normal rhythm.
