Question: is the clockwise/counterclockwise direction as if the clock was affixed to your belly and facing outwards? and how about the root chakra...is the horizontal axis clock facing upward towards the head or downward toward the ground?

I have consulted several guru's that I know and they said just see the light going clockwise. Facing out, see it going up from your left side to your right and around to your left.

@@RevLeeWolak Thank you for responding and sorry it so hard for me to imagine...but just to be clear for a clockwise rotation...if a chakra was like a golf ball (hypothetically) with the name "Titleist" facing straight outward. If YOU were standing right in front of me...the word "Titleist" would be spinning in a counter-clockwise direction to YOU? With essentially the light going up my left side towards my heart, then over to my right side and down and back again...thus making a counter clockwise rotation of the golf ball as it appears to YOU? Also, how about the horizontal root and crown chakra? Is it safe to assume a clockwise spin would be going from in front you, then to the right, then to the rear then back around your left side to the front?
