@@CowsGoMonkey humans can't consume calories. Calories are just a measurement of heat. Look up what a bomb calorimeter is and how it works. Humans don't create fire inside their bodies, we use stomach acid. And that stomach acid breaks food down into carbohydrates, fats, proteins, vitamins and minerals. The carbs become glucose (one fuel humans use), fat can become ketones (another fuel humans use, although doesn't happen if a person consumes too many carbs), protein can become glucose through gluconeogenesis. There's a part of your human digestive process lesson for the day. A person could eat a piece of paper that produces "calories" when burned with fire, but won't consume those calories. It's just impossible. Other animals don't consume calories either, they also use stomach acid not fire.

@@perrybabin8427 I was told that those bg lance tests are for when you are already diabetic, so you can gauge the amount of insulin you need to onboard. The better test would be an Hba1c test every 3 to 6 months. I would imagine that Beard is already onto that one. I think there is another test, but I can't think of it right now.

@@johnvine5731 The A1C shows a 3-month average and is a good test. I'd like to know what his BG spikes to and how it recovers. For something like he's doing, he could get a spike to 500 and that wouldn't show on an A1C. For the way he says he normally eats, I'd expect his A1C to be in the 5.5 range (perfectly normal).

Watched this episode with my nephew, who is 6 years old. I'd just like to let you know he gave you a literal around of applause like he was there when you finished

“Looks like an IED” hahaha 😂👌 as other customers run out the door and the others throw themselves onto the floor for cover haha - love these vids and find that I end up watching quite a few. Keep up being the blessed, positive and charismatic personality you are. Peace be unto you and your family 🙏🏻⚖️
