I may sound selfish, but I am kind of glad they aren't that known. Means I don't have to fight and pay a fortune for their tickets and I can walk all the way up to the stage to see them up close. That being said, I wished they had the success they deserve but at the same time, for having spoken to Mark and Reg, they don't seem the kind of guys who would know how to be big rockstars. Doesn't seem to be their personalities.

I’d read a rift existed between Mark & Dave prior their disbanding in the late eighties and perhaps more recent. It’s heartwarming to see their sincere embrace at 19:17.

​@andynpoet Do you happen to know what caused it? Creative differences maybe? It is a shame. I actually saw Dave commenting on the new Chameleons single here on KZbin. Seemed like he wasn't a big fan of the new song but was being pretty nice about it. I also heard an interview with Mark from recently & he was very gracious in saying how much of a role Dave's sound played in the original band. I'm curious to hear the new record if it ever comes out, the new tracks are promising though a bit of a departure from the old stuff. I think there was supposed to be a ChameleonsVox record but an EP is all that ever materialized. The fact they've now released an EP under the Chameleons name & promising an album this year has me a bit nervous it won't happen either. 😅
