You are miles off these bosses Meola. You need to tame bosses for boss eggs, then use the eggs for alpha boss kibble to tame alpha bosses. Then use those eggs to make apex boss kibble and then use apex boss eggs for higher tames.

The thing that was freezing you and your grifficorn was a spike from the amargasauruus you killed. The amargasaurus can also shoot either explosive spikes or spikes that set you on fire, I cant remember.

The thing that you are frozen by, is an amargasaurus spike. It spawns everywhere. It has 3 powers : 1- The fire 2- The ice 3- The armor breaking , The spikes have an area where its power is. The amargasaurus can change between its 3 spikes. Did you ever saw the dinopithecus ? Because the real boss of this map is called The Dinopithecus King. If you had a sinomacrops. You could throw your tech torso, parashoot, glide suit, in the trash. Did you know that the sinomacrops halves the weight of everything in its inventory, and halves its own weight on you, so it is as if it decrease the weight to 1/4. All of these new dinosaurs are passive tames, but each one has its own passive taming way. You can use dododex in taming the dinosaurs that aren't from any mods or very high levels.

bosses also require boss eggs . its a progression all its own . and orbs only work for none boss type creatures . bosses need boss kibble.

For bosses there are also the dodorex and dodowyvern. And the chaos boss kibble takes a chaos orb not a spirit orb

Meola, get you a S+Mutator, it has a mode to set Imprinting. On creatures like the Dark griffin, it will cost 10 element to start and 10 element per 20%... but will boost up their health greatly.

Bosses that drop the essence that is needed are these. Megapithecus, Manticore, Dodo Wyvern, Dragon, Broodmother, Dodo Rex. Also there is a potion in the RR-Potions mod that makes it so you never have to wait for hours on end when breeding dinos.

The bullets are great, but with a godliath primal crossbow apex and primal tranq metal arrows do a phenominal amount of torpor, just have to be careful with your aim still, so keeping some bullets on hand is nice as backup. I wish there was at least one aquatic demonic and celestial. A celestial mosa and demonic tuso would be scary as heck to bump into but fun to have!

Meola when you're fighting the chaos/spirit guardian use a dinosaur that can ground enemies because ur gonna be fighting a chaos/spirit wyvern boss. In the Prometheus mod u used your celestial indo rex emperor you used the spiky attack then you used youre fire breath so yeah hope this helps :).
