What we use is fine grain sand but obviously there’s other sands :)

How did you get this job and how much is the pay in general? I’m looking into this EXACT job but there’s so much information out there to weed through. Some people need degrees for this and others don’t, and some were born into it. I’m not too sure what path to take.
