Cristiano is, in my opinion the greatest footballer of all time, the true GOAT of the beautiful game. He holds almost all important records, top goal scorer in all football history, same at national teams level with more than 120 goals for Portugal, miles ahead of everybody else. There's good reasons for him to be called mr. Champions League. And it's not just his record numbers of goals and assists, but when those clutch performances happen, making Ronaldo the most decisive player ever in knock-out rounds, all competitions included. Beyond that, the plastic beauty and athleticism of so many of his goals and performances place him in a class uniquely of his own. A true GOAT.

And I too feel bad for ever doubting him, but I will be honest, I also thought it was over as the narrator mentions. I just have to say that I saw the look on Ronaldo's face during frustrating moments on the pitch, even that shrug after saving the day in the Champion's League... all the evidence was there and even if I didn't understand it yet, I saw that something was happening. One of my young nephews asked me once Ronaldo or Messi? I said me personally Messi, but really what does it matter who I prefer, the last guy on their level was Maradona when i was a kid and we've seen 2 in this generation, instead of who's better, appreciate that you've seen both, yes there's great players in every generation but it might be a very long time until you see just one player on that level again, we were lucky enough that 2 came along at once, they're not once a generation players, they're both once in a lifetime guys

@PANCHOSWAY my nephew's hero is Ronaldo, he refuses to drink Coca-Cola and prefers water because of Ronaldo and in his school team always does the Siu celebration if he scores, to be fair I think they're both role models he could do a lot worse than either of them, but I mean Ronaldo shows you the value of hard work and character considering he was your typical scrawny kid, who got picked on at school, and now he's Cristiano Ronaldo

@@julydays4194United fan here and that’s absolute bollocks cos you’ve thrown away context, details and jumped straight to results. That team that “dominated” the 20/21 season and came second lost their spot at the top of the league to Man City by losing to Sheffield United who were 20th at the time at Old Trafford. Had to pull off multiple miraculous comebacks to win games and did all this while playing in empty stadia (yes, fans do have a major impact on footballing performance). This same team got dunked on by Villarreal in the UEL final and had multiple, I mean MULTIPLE chances to win that game. Then in proper United fashion, blamed it on one player (David De Gea) like he was the only one on the pitch. Also, on the back end of that season they were taking solid Ls from teams like Liverpool and Leicester and struggling to have more than a one-goal win against Wolves. Fast forward to 21/22, opening day, we tear Leeds our rivals a new one by dunking 5 on their head at Old Trafford. Supposed to be a team with fluid football and chemistry, right? Go watch the next two matches. An undeserved win v Wolves due to a Greenwood miracle and a drab 1-1 draw at Southampton. Zero play style, poor performances all through matches and constant bad results being masked by individual performances. All in all, I promise you, if Cristiano’s arrival never happened, that 21/22 season woulda seen United end in 10th or lower no matter how you choose to look at it. Cos you wanna tell me that players like Rashford who covets glory and importance, Bruno who for some reason couldn’t finish big chances to save his life when Ronaldo created for him, an ever inconsistent Martial and a regularly unavailable Cavani woulda carried that team to new heights? Blud, you must be joking or you just hate Ronaldo and are one of the masses that lap up what you’re being fed by the media that the video describes.

No, not even RM greatest. Di Stéfano was greater. 1) More important for RM (by a comfy margin; there is only one person who wore the RM shirt more important, and not as a player) 2) Stolen from Barcelona.

He should've moved to City. He would've scored way more goals and would've won the PL maybe even CL

Can't just move, club has to agree.

Idk why it was not mentioned but messi winning the world cup made is even more easier for the media to Target ronaldo. The media made it more about messi ending the goat debate and not about messi winning the cup itself making it even harder for Ronaldos public image .Any support for ronaldo was made fun of as he was seen as a washed off player. Comments under ronaldos own posts were filled with messi world cup texts. It was an allover assassination and attack on cr7

@@personaluse7783I genuinely hope he does and retires. His influence is too great on the sport so this whole recency bias and hate train against him is largely temporary

Erik Ten Hag’s Man United in the Premier League this season: • 8th place (worst ever) • 60 PL points (second worst ever) • -1 gd (worst ever) • 14 PL defeats (worst ever) Finished below Chelsea despite being above them in the table for majority of the season. No, but "All eras come to an end" though

Como português e fã do Ronaldo, sempre acreditei que ele fosse especial, por isso é que sempre o compro no Ultimate Team.

Even if i love ronaldo soo much and i know it was just a downfall and i never said he was great he was not he was in his worst form so i can understand people criticising him but thats the moment the club and supporters should have supported him the most rather than complaining

Even as a person who says Ronaldo and Messi aren t the best I have to apreciate the fact that they made our childhood brilliant by hardwork. But I have to say,for me atleast Pele is the best(RIP) because I don t want to trigger the fans of fotbal.

I have never understood the hatred towards Cristiano Ronaldo. I am grateful I got to see both of the best players of all time play simultaneously.

@@Lgx-ie4ifand also the guy himself. He is disrespectfull. Even before Ten Haag got there, Ronaldo had said enaugh publicly that anyone less known wouldve been kicked out

when Ronaldo was at man u, I hated his guts and arrogance as the years went by and he went to my dear club Real Madrid. I saw his dedication right in front of my eyes, for me Ronaldo El Fenomeno is the best 9 in history but Cr7 discipline and work ethic makes him one of the greatest to ever touch the football pitch. Respects to roonie

Great players prove that on the pitch.Great characters prove it by overcoming adversity. Ronaldo is both!
