SD/Stanford/9ers/and now the Chargers. Michigan was his alma mater. He loves CA, he wasnt going anywhere else in the pros but to the Chargers. Also he has a top 5-7 QB amongst other talent already there. Its not a rebuilding situation but more of a refocusing the talent to be apart of a winning culture. This will be the best thing that could of happened to Herbert.
