I certainly agree to everything! And I could relate it to my personal experience. I'm an introvert and I have an impediment which gave me no other options but to stay at home with my mom. She is at the same time my only true best friend. Recently when I'm facing some problems, or overcoming some sort of mild depression due to self-pity, she is too busy chatting with other people. I'm not jealous but I feel so disappointed when I'm talking about my concern and she's nodding, yet when I will ask her advice, she'd reply with a very innocent face, "Sorry, are you talking to me? I was thinking what's the best song to play on our prayer meeting later the whole time😁By the way, which do young people like? Classic or kinda rock? ". I don't really feel so good even if she's physically present with me. 😬💦 I better chat with my dad, even if he's so far physically but I'm closer to him by heart ❤️

That sounds a bit annoying/frustrating, but I get it. My mum does the same. How are you now? I know this was posted 2 months ago, but how are you feeling? Do you feel better now or still a bit depressed. I know I'm a random stranger on the internet, but if you're struggling to find someone to listen to you I'm happy to lend an ear and offer my advice (I don't know how much I can help but I can listen).

I've read that book and I'm completely confused about how to use warmth. It is very difficult to exercise compassion goodwill and self love at once. Also, the mindset fades away pretty quickly,. It Isnt possible to do those exercises when you're talking! will you say them'give me 2 mins I wanna take some time close my eyes and do charisma exercises?' Would really appreciate If you help. I've integrated power and presence in my behavior, only this thing got me stuck. Respect

Good content, but don't put background music, it is very distracting and reduces effectiveness of communication as it induces noise into the channel. I love the research done.
