This is one of those kind of episodes that leaves you asking questions because the three older women are supposed to be witches or “low level witches” with no active powers whatsoever but I don’t understand why they were born as witches if they really couldn’t fight evil besides being able to cast spells and make potions, or did they never grow as witches and that’s why they never developed powers. I get every witch in this universe won’t be as strong as the Charmed Ones but I’ll never understand why witches at the age they were at would never develop any kind of power besides the basic ones it made them sitting ducks for evil.

You answered your question within the same sentence. They're low level witches, active powers are mostly a high level witch thing, and even then it's a rare feat. Most witches in this universe are basically just practitioners, not combat witches.

The very existence of the Charmed Ones, AKA the most powerful witches, indicates that there's some sort of ranking. If you accept that the Charmed Ones are at the top, then you must also accept that someone needs to be at the bottom, and those are the low level witches. That's the lore they decided to go with for this universe, I don't get what is there to "understand".

@@wcdchannel I knew there were witches who were much weaker than the Charmed Ones but I didn’t know that there were witches with no powers at all besides the basic ones it seemed like they either always had 1 power or multiple powers, I mean even the Stillman Sisters had powers and they would be considered low level, it just didn’t make sense but thanks for trying to break it down.

This episode bugs me with other episodes when the sister went back in time to stop nickolas and then in a future episode when phoebe and pipers power go out the window and nearby neighbours get them. Good witch apparently dont freeze but the sisters have been frozen in other episodes. ?? And the man that received phoebes power.
