Had this chart on VHS, a lifetime ago. Never thought I'd see it again. Can't imagine the reaction of the 15 year old me to the fact I'd be watching this again in the future on a computer...

Another wrong number one, I wonder why they played Soul II Soul, they had other songs going up they could have played.

I suspect probably copyrights and that Soul II Soul did not charge large amounts for their video to be used in the chart show
