It is a good scene, and it is going to be a little weird to watch these again by the time it is over, because of how far they have come and how much they have changed over the years.

To all the people pointing that they didn't hug, let me give you this analogy. Imagine a person who grew up in the most crime high neighborhood and almost everyday there is a gang war and cops coming in the neighborhood all the time. Now imagine this person being so used to this life that they can actually sleep through all that because these occurrences has become like whale sounds for them. That is Maura and Jane at this point in the series its Season 7 they both has almost died numerous timez, it has become the norm for them. First season Maura would never be able to compose herself to the point of negotiating with a man pointing a gun at her. They are beyond hugs, this is a routine now. That is just my opinion, because I feel if I was always Put in these situations with my best friend, I think at some point we would be acclimated into this unusual norm.

lmao you're aware that somewhere (probably halfway through s5)-s6 to s7, that Angie and Sasha had a falling out, right? lmfao. They weren't friends before the show. They were friends during the show. They weren't friends by the end of the show. Angie is the main star, naturally their production team would lean to her side hence her more screen time over Sasha. It's such a shame. It's pretty obvious where they wanted to take the direction of the show especially the last few seasons but Angie's homophobic ass wouldn't let it happen.
