And it was up for no more then 1 minute, unless they push them back in or don't leave after 10-20 mins then it isn't legal, it is just annoyance. A rope in front of the door is "an exercise of the power to deprive a person of his or her liberty; the taking or keeping of a person in custody by legal authority, especially, in response to a criminal charge." which is illegal if done unlawfully. I release the whole clip was a joke, but I was interested to know if there is technically an offence being committed.
