I inspected every aspect of the bag and everything from the stitching to the hardware looked top notch. The leather was soft, the logo embossed precisely, and even the lining felt luxurious. It was hard to believe that this wasn't a *esluxy* LV Nano bag.

I have a friend who actually used to work for a high-end design company. His job was to choose which factory to use to produce the design products. The factories that make genuine products only produce orders for YSL, Hermès or other brands, and then they produce 1,000 bags to sell on the counterfeit market. The bag you need is already sold at the same price as *esluxy* , so you don't have to spend more money.

I bought the Coach swing zip in the dark brown. I like it. It’s leather-lined inside and has 4 feet. Nice silhouette. It is a shoulder carry but the strap is adjustable. I don’t always want to carry my Hermes bags.

Thanks for taking us shopping with you! Interesting to see what preloved Hermes bags you can get for under $1000. I would buy what I love . I recently bought the swing zip in maple colour and love it. I've heard their glove tanned leather ages well and I also love that the patch on the inside says it is a reissue (from their 1998 version). Nice that it has feet too. I bought it from the Canadian website which was originally sold out in all colours but some do seem to come in stock every once in awhile on the website. I'm thinking of adding a Jellycat smudge bear or croissant charm to dress it up.

I’d pass on the old Hermes bags. Get the coach Jess. I’m in USA and they are good quality and it’s a new bag. I’m disappointed in pre loved at the moment. It’s nice to have a new bag. My coach Bonnie Cashin bag from 1950’s is in great shape.

Those old Hermes bags are not great IMO. Just because it's Hermes doesn't mean you have to have it. If Coach is nice and quality why look for old Hermes. If you didn't know Hermes made those old bags would you even notice or like them? A lot of those old Hermes bags are still more expensive than brand new Coach.

Got to go with what you will love and feel comfortable enough to use at a price that works! There are other premium brands besides Coach that have some decent leathers: Longchamps, Dooney and Bourke, B Makowsky, Cochni. Often these bags come up "pre-loved" or sometimes vintage under $200 US. Good luck👜👝🛍

Walmart sells designer items through third parties that lists there. They generally do their own fulfillment and shipping. I’ve seen similar items on QVC where they sell some luxury goods (mostly preloved). I was kinda mind-blown, too.

Are these issues happening if these bags are used daily? I just got the pochette metis in monogram canvas from the Kusama collection. I love the multicolored polka dots and hope they don’t melt on me, lol. But I don’t think it’ll be in my regular rotation. I also have a NoeNoe in DA but only use that a few times a year in the spring and summer so I haven’t put that much wear and tear into it. I hope I don’t see the fraying for a while. Also, I’m saving up for a *esluxy* . Has your colleague seen the same issues with that size? I don’t mind some relaxation in shape but I don’t want it to be a puddle either. Thanks for the video!

I have the Coach swing zip bag in black bought from the retail store, not outlet. It's beautiful, glove-tanned leather like the Rogues, and it also fits a lot..at least my essentials. I snapped it up once it was available again because it had been out of stock for awhile. I paid $395 and it's worth it.

I love all my Hermes pieces, however I am not a fan of the majority of old styles, aside from Kelly & Birkin. Coach always has exceptional quality when it comes to their 1941 line or glove tanned leather & full leather pieces. The swing zip bag is chic, will never be out of style and is impeccably crafted. If it were me I’d be heading on over to Coach.

Seriously - Coach make nice bags - quality of Hermes???? Who cares. It’s under $1000. You will get years of use out of it, and if there are issues they do stand by their product and will repair or replace. I’ve had coach bags for 30+ years and only had issues with one bag and they exchanged it immediately. Not had any issues with any of my other bags and I use them and abuse them. So don’t question Coach. It you just need an every day bag that you don’t care if it will get wet, its the way to go.

So Walmart also sells items on a “marketplace”. When you look at Walmart you have to check in store. Otherwise it works like eBay. At least in Canada it does. I am assuming same in the US

Omgosh Walmart definitely does NOT sell designer bags! That’s an “external seller” licensed to sell their items through the Walmart website… usually those people do things like buying cases of, idk, tomatoes wholesale, then selling them through Walmart at an exorbitant price snd shipping… and the unsuspecting shopper doesn’t know to sort by “sold through Walmart only” to get legitimate items. Gosh that made me laugh but I can see why you wouldn’t know the difference!

No. Do not buy any of them, not even the Coach bag. I’ve seen many brands are releasing this kind of shoulder bags with extremely long top handles. I think they are pretty ugly. They only look good when you wear them on the shoulder. But when you don’t, the handles are just ugly flopping over. I can’t imagine taking them with me to cafes, I won’t be able to leave them sitting down somewhere; would have to hang them somewhere. It’s a no for me. Save the money and put it towards your next Hermes.

Hermes is for reselling when you get tired of it or it looks worn, Coach, you can donate to Goodwill or dump in the trash when it's wear and tear is bothersome. The average person will not recognize the cheaper Hermes bags, only the famous ones, and if not for the name in the description, the same design by some no name company and you wouldn't even give it a second look even if it was comparable to "Hermes quality". Hermes bags are meant to be seen, Coach bags are more to be used, or used up like a comfortable piece of furniture...IMO
