Apparently, AYALA has township project there. The topic is about "CHEAPEST" property in the PHILIPPINES. Let's stick to that concept. Laguna is NOT CHEAP AT ALL! Hnd man lang na mention ang Ilo-Ilo City, Cagayan at Davao na magkakaroon ng maraming developments that will open business & career opportunities for all the locals. Most likely, tataas din ung property values sa mga lugar na ito. Ang pinaka OK lang sa listahan nya is ung PAMPANGA due to Clark Global City. BUT FYI, there's also NEW CLARK CITY which is geographically part of CAPAS, TARLAC. In other words, Tarlac should have been mentioned here. FYI again, sa NEW CLARK CITY po ilalagay ang mga government establishments. To correct the list, this should be the ranking of CHEAPEST PROPERTIES 1. Pampanga / Tarlac 2. Batangas 3. Bulacan 4. Laguna 5. Cavite

The west valley faultline runs parallel to C5/marikina river.. not sure if buying along C5 would be the best option, esp for high-rises In terms of long-term investment, i'd prioritize LAND/horizontal projects over condos.. unless it's a good bargain or has good rent potential

Anything outside makati/bgc is affordable lol. Pati bay area bagsakan na ren yan bec wala na POGO. Ortigas aangat bec of sta monica bridge. QC aangat bec of major developments (ss3/harbor link, mrt 7, mm subway, grand stn, bulakan airport). Alabang is still ok pero paangat na ren yan. East is ok too, habang wala pa C6 and proposed dam (flooding issue), though ayan na LRT to masinag In the regions, all major hubs are ok. Ilolilo, caticlan/boracay, bacolod, palawan, metro cebu (and neighbor bohol), cdo, davao, metro baguio (including la union), metro clark, metro sta rosa (up to tagaytay), batangas and even mindoro/galera. Bec of decentralization and improved access Samal, gensan, bukidnon, iligan, camiguin, siargao ok too esp if BARMM proves to be successful

Hi Marvin, i wonder if at these times in 2022 - 2023, are we expecting the Real estate prices in the Philippines to go down or up? Is it a good time to buy a house now ? Or wait until market crashes more further? averagely, how many years before you can earn from your investment when u plan to sell it again? since after turnover, u have depreciations n maitenance cost and the waiting time of selling at at a gud price. sometimes the newer project within the area have a better price.

I'd say davao global towns is an interesting development, considering its close to Matina IT Park and SM Davao. It just shows more potential than Davao park district. Im not sure if its cheap relative to its market value but this whole area in Talomo (Areas closer to the beach) is a great investment. You should probably look into lots around this area instead of only aiming for the developments by Cebu Landmasters. Just to get more affordable deals

Binalikan ko ang video na ito kasi baka kako nagkamali ako ng intindi nung unang pinanood ko, Im planning kasi na mag invest sa province namin sa Nueva ecija, yung town kasi namin is hindi sya malapit sa mga cities at literal na bukid pa samin, so sabi nga ni Aicel look for areas na "Pangit pa" pero may potential pa kasi mura ang properties, kaso grabe sa amin. nag inquire ako ng mga lupa at town houses sa isang low cost na subd. grabe yung town houses nila pinaka mura is 3 million preselling!! samantalang sa Cavite ying nakuha ko na low cost din pero preselling is at 800k tcp. josko di na talaga uunlad ang hometown ko kaya pala yung mga kamag anak namin ilang taon na di pa mabenta benta ang lupa, bukod sa malayo na sa syudad napakamahal pa.
