I’ve kept rabbits for years for meat, even when I lived in the city… every year I would lose some of my breeders during the California summer… this year I’m in my new 20 acre farm and I got all 7 of my breeder rabbits on the ground free ranging in my 1 acre fenced yard around the house. They have dug burrows and don’t even try to get out whatsoever, and i think this year might just be the first year I don’t lose any from the heat.

I breed and show mini rex for a 8 week old between 80-160 of course your going to get cull rabbits every litter I have 16 7 week olds right now ill make between 800-1200 of them my stock is proven winners on the table and have pictures of the winnings and vemos Ive sent over the past 2 months we split everything...
