Would love to see a video where you tell everyone it’s the cheapest board on (insert website) but in reality it’s actually a decent brand blank board. What about a game of one on one, 1up redemption skate where offense sets the trick and if defense misses it they have an opportunity to incorporate the offensive trick into something harder, and if they land it they turn the tides now putting the original offense on defense for the harder trick they landed. For example, the order of events might look like: 1) Offense sets a flat ground nollie tre 2) Defense misses the trick 3) Defense tried to redeem and lands a nollie tre down the five stair 4) the original offense is now on defense and has to land a nollie tre down the five or gets a letter

If not, do you have any recommendations for setups or just get a quality board and suggestions on pads/helmets? Kyro had a video talking about board widths, are there length measurements as well? Never too late my friend! Width is generally the only measurement, and then wheel size and truck size. I skate an 8.25 with 144mm independent low trucks and 54mm spitfire wheels. Most skate shops will be able to give you the recommended truck size for your board length, and the wheel size varies depending on the application (bowl skating vs. street skating etc.) Best of luck, I hope you enjoy the journey!
