Not bad...your best bet given the weak pressure is just dump the water into a bucket and use with a scooper to wash up

I'm a truck driver although there are showers at truck stops I've had bad experience with those I pull the trailer that I can get inside of and I cannot stand being yucky in my nether regions so yeah these things Kick-Ass

You are supposed to pull the shower head forward to open the flow fully I think!
