That was a great session. I appreciate the explanations of the specific products and where to get them. Tight lines!

Great fly man. I can see a black and orange working well too.

hahah, love the humor. double it over in case you catch that monster 13" trout. only us articulated folks joke at that shit. its more just because its our tying process rather than it being necessity. i do the same thing. in case i back cast and it hits a mack truck on the highway. my fly wont separate.

The plastic barb they put on that style of worm hook is also easily removed with pliers. They crack and crunch right off the shank if you don't want to use a razor blade on hard plastic bending the hook around so much in the vise jaws.

Nice! What species do you target with this and what weight rod?
@robertquinn55488 жыл бұрын
You'll catch anything in freshwater. 6 to 7 weight is preferable but 5 is ok for trout

Hi where do you get this simi seal?
@robertquinn55488 жыл бұрын
Are the beads necessary to articulate it
@SasquatchTX8 жыл бұрын
Robert Quinn the beads help to keep the rear hook from coming forward and tangling with the front hook.
