Hello Ms Sofana, I use a lot of your recipes for my home based cooking. The Chocolate chip and Red Velvet are so good. I love the ganache icing with the powdered sugar. I glaze my chocolate pound cakes with it. Just love to watch you.

Have you ever used the homemade cake goop made from flour, shortening and oil as a cake release method? I find it very good since I can brush it well into the crevices of the pan. I used this recipe and all my customers absolutely praised it! Thank you so much and be blessed for 2025!
