Small town U.S.A. Pikeville Ten. Put a concrete burnout pad right in front of the court house. They use it for their monthly cruise in. The mayor of the town put all of this together along with the people who put the cruise in on. The people of the town got behind it and paid to have it done . It didn't cost the city anything . People getting together and working together. That's small town U.S.A. at it's finest
