Out of all their songs, and I have listened to each and every one, this one has to be the one I hold closest to my heart. I have miscarried two babies, one at 20 weeks, the other at merely 7. I was only 14 for the first, the pregnancy was of a shitty circumstance (not consensual), and I had to go into labour instead of having a D&E. I buried my first child before I could even know what love was. The second, I was 17 and in a relationship with a person I loved, but I was a child, still. I found out, and before I could even figure out how to tell him, I lost the pregnancy two days later. I had a D&E for that one. But it still hurts. Everything I had and lost, so suddenly. I felt like I was being given a second chance, because I always blamed myself for losing my first. And then it was gone.

Leigh Duncan So sorry to hear that. I hope you have been able to heal. This song hits really hard. I lost a stepsister to a car wreck recently and my step mom had a stillbirth way back in the 90’s. So the last line where he talks about the grandpa and child being reunited really breaks me down.

Lost so many siblings growing up. Most stillbirths, or miscarriages. This song hits deep as a 22 year old. Really makes you wonder what might've been if they'd been here.

Lost a niece about 6 months ago and this song just destroys me. I don't think this band ever know how much they mean to the people in this generation.

My son was stillborn at 28 weeks. July 26th, 2019 was his birthday and the worst day of my life. It’ll be a year on Sunday and it hurts just as bad as the day I heard “I’m sorry there’s no heartbeat”

I bought the album yesterday. Even though I heard the whole thing online before, nothing can replace the feeling of pulling the cd out of the case, putting it in my car radio and just chillin' with the feelin'. GREAT ALBUM!
