You can register for canton fair under your name as a sole proprietor as your "company". This will give you an invitation letter to apply for the visa

Why I dont get the badge even u finish pre registration

Give them some time they will email you your badge confirmation in a few days. If you dont' get confirmation it's okay you can pick up in person at the event

Hello, hope you are doing great. Once I go to fulfill all my info for the invitation it requires: 1. Photo for Badge-making, 2. Photos on the front page of overseas personal identity documents, "3.Photos of visa page" (How am I supposed to give them this 3rd point information if I am doing this process to get the visa? Its like a fish biting his own tail. If you have any information I would be really thankful.

Not all of those photos are required. you don't need a photo of the visa page. Just use any photo for your badge making, when you get to China they will take another one for your badge anyway...

If they work for your company you can just add them under your company as associates. If they don't they need to create their own accounts. 1.
