Young men, help yourself out. The biggest 'flex' today is to own your own home, have few to 0 bills/debt, and to not have a ton of kids. Work on this as early as possible and by age 35, you will either be the most sought-after bachelors or women will be completely oblivious to you as a great catch. Either way, you will not be homeless, hungry or broke. You pick the woman you want, not the other way around.

Your advice is shit boomer. 1. U can’t get a woman nowadays by simply beta buxxing like u did back in your day. Women make more money than men. The only women u will attract by “having a house at 35” will have high body counts. 2. U can’t buy a house off of minimum wage like u did back in your day. Housing prices have climbed through the roof and wages have moved in the opposite direction due to women entering the work force and becoming home buyers. The times have changed don’t spout anecdotal evidence that is out of touch with reality.
