Holy fuck, Ira. His randomly laughing tick was funny for maybe one episode, but he was nothing but an annoying interruption after that. Bocchetti was never funny. He's not only unfunny, he takes up so much time telling pointless stories that go nowhere with no punchline. His only value was making fun of his appearance, but sitting through his time wasters isn't worth retelling the same "He looks like Beaker from the Muppets" crack over and over.
