Perhaps the little one is checking the fireplace for any signs of Santa?😊

I love the bits and bobs of everything in this vlog. Can't wait to see what you do this Christmas....I think you and I have very similar styles in everything the only difference is you married a a self thought joiner and I didn't!!

I think no screen policy is a huge benefit for Teddy. Also, we understand reality. Life is our reality, too. Love the beautiful mirror back over the fireplace.

I have a tv in the livingroom and generally use it only to watch you and some booktubers, so good idea to move it out. I also don't like the big black box of it. I'm looking forward to seeing your Christmas decorations, they're always so lovely.

I just bought a Frane TV. Looks more like a picture. Haven’t fitted it yet but my daughter bought on and I think they are fab.

Skipping Christmas decor is okay for the first couple of years, while Teddy needs mommy time. At three years old kids know what to touch and what is out of limits. Give yourself time ....

Could you utilise part of under your stairs for your dog bed area that way keeping your utility area free from dog bed/crate? ❤ love the new tv area

Gave up watching tv about five years ago. Finally removed the tv from the lounge about six months ago. Lovely not having a screen as a focal point.

Have you considered putting a frame around the TV and having a piece of art displayed on it when not in use. I think all new Samsung TVs can do this. There’s a girl on KZbin called XO McKenna and she has it in her house and it looks amazing.

Love her channel. She’s so resourceful…

You have to have your tv powered up all the time to display art.... costly and not eco. It's not comfortable for all to watch tv at such an angle. I also love XO McKenna!

Something I have been researching is screen time for children. And how phones and children’s tv is not good for children’s development. I’m glad my son had a normal screen free childhood. It isn’t good for their development.
