I got FP a few days ago.. I'm hooked. I put it on easy mode and made it to day 36, but I can see how mastering my build and knowledge base will extend that much farther. My question for you is, "will the map change?" Or am I cursed to stay in my hole forever?

I agree that rushing things so much that they have to be released unfinnised is bad but I don't agree that delays are good because too many delays and people start forgeting that the game is coming, they start critecising the game for all of it's delays, they start releasing knockoffs of the game before the game itself is out and all of that is just as much a bad hit to the reputation as releaing unfinished. So to stay in the sweet spot you need to keep the experimentation for each game to a minimum. If it's cutting edge graphics and fastest performance yet and new game mechanics pleural and celebrity actors and and and and then the game has no hope of being finished on time and like poor unfortionate Spore it will never live that down.
