I can remember listening to the Clark Sisters from about the age of 7 or 8. Please believe me that their gift is timeless! They have always been the real deal, and when were growing up that was the group to be like. The harmony 30 years ago was as outrageous as it is today! Living Legends! Their legacy is great from Mattie Moss, to the Clark Sisters, to Kiki & J.Moss. What a gift to the Body of Christ.

The first person was singing was Jacky, then Dorinda, Karen sang third plus she sang Twinkie part too... Denise last time singing with was in 1986 I think because this was recorded with the four in 1989....

This was recorded in 88 but they started singing this song in 1987 before they recorded. They used to do a lot of that. Twinkie didn’t have a verse on this version only the recorded version.

yeah, I saw the video here on youtube. it used to be up here, i dont know why whoever it was removed it. but the song is actually a lot longer and theres this really long freestyle karen and dorinda do in between. but they do sound really the same - karen sounds like twinkie and dorinda so much on the videos u cant even tell em apart

It's Denise, another sister who left the group after supposedly having a child out of wedlock. She is older than Karen & Dorinda, but I'm not sure if she is older than Twinkie, (I think she is). Jacky is the oldest of the girls. (They have brothers too, but I dnt know much about them.) ;D

Originally there were 5 Clark Sisters..( Jacky,Twinkie,Denise,Dorinda, and Karen) from oldest to youngest.. and Denise left the group in the early 80's or late 70's I believe.. so thats the girl who was in the pink.

Correction is goes Twinkie doing the intro, then Jacky, Dorinda, Karen and then Karen again. With Karen on soprano, Dorinda and Jacky on alto and Twinkie on tenor. Then on Hallelujah it's Karen on lead, Dorinda on Soprano, Jacky on Alto, and Twinkie ocassionaly on tenor but most of the time she rippin' the organ up one side and down the other! lol!

U know what? On "Jesus Is A Love Song" I swore up & down that it was Dorinda doing the yeah, yeah, yeah part after Twinkie finished her part but it was Twinkie. They can immitate each other so well. has anyone ever tried to just visit a Clark sister's myspace page or the official site and ASK the order? They just MIGHT reply with the correct answer. Just thought I'd throw that out there. This same debate is on a lot youtube posts of their singing without or even WITH video and I'm thinking that the message of the music is being lost in the debate and sometimes arguments over who sang what part, whose better, etc. God's Blessing on you all! :)

I mean, i could be wrong, cos you don't see Twinkie anywhere in the video BUT she may have been at the organ. And yeh that "Never now, never now" IS Karen.
