Its a Monday. Michael, you clearly want me to take a break from my work and make me watch you make something difficult for most of us look really damn easy. Again, great content and all the best to you this winter and spring.

Lots of good to say about this series of videos but I'd like to call out the land acknowledgement. It's a small but meaningful gesture. Thank you, Michael.

My self and Ethan Brockett skied this over 25 years ago. Spring snow , direct accent with double monster runnels. Couldn’t imagine skiing it mid storm cycle with soft snow! Committing with the cliff! Small slab could take you for the ride of your life. Congratulations on a beautiful shot. One you’ll never forget. Signed..Colorado Scott

Cool line, but would have been cooler to also see a bit of ascent, and especially some of the avalanche decisionmaking and ski-cutting up top.

The story was as good in this as in your others, but the audio was way too quiet for the talking. I had to triple the volume from normal and then bring it back down for the ascent.

Drones are illegal in wilderness but I don't think there were any drones shots in this one

Just like the United States did not come across Western Colorado totally uninhabited, neither did the Ute. Rather, they took it from some other Paleo-Indian tribe many centuries ago. I doubt that whoever eventually takes Colorado from the United States will walk around saying "we respectfully acknowledge that we're visiting the historic homelands of the United States people." Like girlfriends in a mountain town, some prehistoric tribe lost their turn to the Ute, the Ute lost their turn to the United States, and someday the United States will lose their turn to some nation more powerful.

Woulda been nice to see more skiing/actions and less awkward talking. Teague is well spoken but as I think was very evident in the last video, the whole kinda staged non-organic scripted/non-scripted discussion format just feels off. The whole minutes long conversation could have easily been surmised as "from a potential hazard perspective we only are having bad signs-high winds and high precip, but we are gonna poke up there and see if we can manage it." That can be said in 15 seconds.
