⏩Ingredients (24Cm mold):
350 gr All-purpose wheat flour (2 1/2 Cups + 3 Tbsp).
230 gr of butter.
1 Tbsp of Sugar.
1/2 tsp of Salt.
50 to 80 ml of water + 1/2 tsp of Apple Cider Vinegar.
Stuffed:
8 to 9 Apples (900 to 1.3 Kg of Apples).
1 tsp ground cinnamon.
1/4 tsp nutmeg.
1/8 tsp ground ginger.
1/8 tsp ground cloves.
1 pinch of salt.
50 to 60 g of butter.
60 to 120 gr of sugar.
Juice of 1/2 lemon (Approx. 1/2 Tbsp).
1 Tbsp Cornstarch + 2 Tbsp Water.
1 Egg + 1 Tbsp of milk + 1 Pinch of Salt + 1 Pinch of Sugar.
⏩Tips and recommendations:
1. The amount of sugar will depend on how sweet the apples you use are.
2. The amount of water can vary because some flours absorb more liquid than others, so start by adding 50 ml of water and from there add in tablespoons, in total, as I mentioned in the video, I used 70 ml of water.
