This mod is so cool! I especially love adding Knuckles to the beginning of Sky Sanctuary to match the original. The one thing I wish they'd done was add Classic Amy for her Sky Sanctuary mission to match the ones with Tails and Knuckles, but even without her, this mod is still so awesome!

@@Shippingsucks If you ask me, although most of the Character models like Knuckles, Motobug, Buzz Bomber, Crabmeat, Lander, and Grabber, have impressive classic models (though Classic Knuckles' gloves doesn't have the same quality as his Modern counterpart), I thought FolksyWig has a more impressive Classic Sonic character mod, and even has better "Footwheel" and "Peelout" animations, with the later being more animated. Glad to know this mod has skin support, because I thought FolksyWig has the better looking Sonic and Tails.

See, this is what Sonic 4 should've been. This should be the focus of Sonic's "mainline games." I like the open-zone, adventure style games and they should still be developed (along with a new Sonic R: boost-style game❤). However, Sonic's core gameplay is side-scrolling, highspeed platforming with momentum based physics. That's his bread and butter and that should be the primary focus of most of Sonic's games.

It's changed because sonic team hadn't polished the 3D gameplay and experimented with other styles, which is fine, but they didn't have a focus. Especially after the Sonic 06 fiasco.

Meanwhile modern classic sonic is brighter blue, his body is literally a circle and most of the time he looks angry for no exact reason.
