Hi, how was your building experience with Fischer. Did they do exactly what you asked? I am doing the exact floor plan with French Manor (may be a different color stones etc) so looking for reviews in Ohio.

My videos pretty much explain our process, nevertheless, the wife and I were more than pleased with Fischer Homes as our builder. Our on-site project manager, Brad was tremendous to work with - he kept us up-to-date with anything new happening on the build and welcomed us to come and see. Most often times Brad would contact us with video updates via the Marco Polo app. Additionally, when Brad informed us that the sink we selected at our design day was no longer available in our owner's suite, Fischer Homes did as our contract called for and gave us the upgraded sink, INCLUDING upgraded sinks in ALL of our bathrooms.

@@davidtoney822 Thanks so much for your response. Quick question on French Manor design do they have good color options for that or just regular black or red shades. Do you have a finished home video of your home. Just looking for ideas in general.

Nice. We will be rebuilding again with Fischer a Leland part of the masterpiece collection.

The Leland was our second choice, but not by much ..we almost went in that direction .. and I'm sure, once you put your finishing touches on it, it will look AMAZING! I did the walk-through Leland video as well.. Thanks!

@@davidtoney822 well thank you. Not sure if you watch my channel or not but yes we have been enhancing some spaces. Don’t get me wrong I love my Calvin and we almost thought about the Everett but I really love the styling and layout of the Leland. The Clay is the big brother to the Blair which we have in my neighborhood and Is our model. You most definitely get a Big Bang for your buck with that layout. The rec space is nice.

@@thisgeorgiaclay I'm a subscriber and regular viewer of your channel ... enjoyed your build series and that of your mother-in-law's home as well. Underneath the rec room of the Clay is an option for a crawl space which we added - you don't have to crawl so much, it will be five feet high with a concrete floor - I know it's an option available for the Paxton and I believe also the Leland. Looking forward to your next build series!
