Maybe its time to buy another midsize grandfather clock so they can literally 'chime' to each other. Then it will be so hilarious! Maybe the reason why this grandfather clock won't stop chiming, in essence, it likes to talk to another person when it is lonely, so this very lonely grandfather clock is in desperate need of a companion.

My grandmother haves the same clock but with a diferent chime one time when i haved 4 years old i winded the Clock , then in the night (1 am) the clock chimed and the chime scared me, actualy (my English is too bad bc im from chile) the clock don't works anymore the pendulum is broken
