I saw Alyse when I was in Clarksville at a pageant doing the photography. I worked for A Closer Look Studios where I also photographed her in when she was in the play Wizard of Oz. She was the best Dorothy. She is awesome and I knew she would go far. Keep it up girl

She did a nice job though. She has a good singing voice, love the jodling part. She needs a bit more practice, but we all do when we're starting. (and it's something we never stop : practicing :) ) Hope she continues with entertainment.

the techies didnt mess up - she messed up by moving the "puppy's" arms over the mic - the only techie problem was turning the mic sensitivity up half the time so it sounded fuzzy

There was no Miss America's Outstanding Teen in 2004, the year Alyse was Miss Teen AR. The description in this video is incorrect, this was at Miss America 2005 (in September 2004) and not 2007. Agreed 100% about her being robbed at Miss America 2011.

Apart from the fact that she's hot, she needs to brush up on her cultural knowledge. This is not clog dancing (where are the clogs? what does clog dancing have to do with yodeling and cowboys?) this is tap dancing. I suspect she's never seen clogs in her life, let alone worn them. but hey, who am I to judge, she's out there doing it, and I'm just drinking beer, growing fat and looking at a computer screen.
