Nice ride Mike Julie very well done, definitely boggy everywhere can be a bit tricky at times, Wind can really catch you out going past open gateways. The white car at the end of ride that close passed you had the ordasity to indicate left to pull back in, need to pull out in the first place to pull back in. Enjoy your week

The white car had to give way at the roundabout but came around us very quickly I thought. They must've been very close to Julie's back wheel as she cut across their path to exit the roundabout... Very naughty. Cheers Terry

Always enjoy your rides & banter. I'm from Nottingham. Notice you were in my neck of woods in Peak District recently, or saw viseo recently anyway. Do you travel up just for a ride. I'm 79 & now got ebike. And joined singles club for Campers (Campervan) Was in your area last Yr in new forest (black Knowle) But I was in a group with no other cyclists. So didn't get much done. Hoping to go again this yr

I don't worry too much, if I'm upright to see them drive away then all is good. Some are mistakes but these two were intentional. The white car had to give way to us on the roundabout so must've been very close to Julie's rear wheel on the exit... That was the really naughty bit of the overtake. Hope you're both doing well 👍

Julie being a hooligan? 🤔 That must be a Juliegan then... Oh ok, I'm sorry 🙄 😛 Floods, mud, puddles and sand - great fun! You're spot on about not trying to go around the boggy bits Mike. Walkers always go around them, churning the ground up (and making the visible 'scar' bigger - some folk do care about such things apparently) so it's usually better to just ride straight through the middle (it's more fun too!) and you're not trying to steer either which you might be doing if you go around the edge. Great stuff!
