Hi...... I am planning a trip to Edinburgh this summer and thanks to you now I am not a stranger to the city and it is beautiful.....you are really a great help....started watching all your videos.Maybe later you can show us a bit of the countryside around Edinburgh.....Stirling castle episode was very good for me....so thank you very much for your efforts......very appreciated.....:)

I love this series so much. Watching you get winded makes me laugh because that how I felt our entire time in Edinburg. We are leaving tomorrow . I wish old of found your videos . “This is nice!” It is such a beautiful city and I love the knowledge that Edinburgh is famous for Parrots in a baskets! Haha.

Thank you for the history. It’s wonderful. Sooo many stairs. When we were there in August we had to use a lot of stairs it was a lot of work. Thank you for being willing to go up and down those stairs. So we can see the closes.

Fantastic video yet again! Anchor close was our "go to" close to get around town. Thank you for the additional history! I took a picture of the door way with "Lord be merciful to me" inscription. Very cool finds!

Do you know that Edinburgh is built on two different old Edinburghs the great fire and the plague starts in one closes comes out two streets down on royal mile past the bridges what an adventure

There is a close at the side of the old police station in Parliment square which leads down to the cowgate so you missed one .

So which silly girl when running late walked all the way down the royal mile, all down Cockburn St to get to the new town. Every.single.day of my break in Edinburgh when i should have just walked down those closes! (is closes the correct plural?)
