Is the damage from the steam cloud just a one and done thing or is it DOT? And if it is DOT would it be considered affliction? if it is then it might be worth it to run Hybrid for the extra affliction duration

I’m not exactly sure. I was going to test with hybrid to see if it makes the cloud last longer, but forgot! I’ll test and see.

Yes but you need to be Stoneheart Farrah, and she’s not great for Frostnite.
