The Clover Club from Steve The Bartenders Book / Episode 39

This is The Clover Club Cocktail from ‪@StevetheBartender_‬ book. It is a delicious combo of Gin , vermouth , lemon and raspberry syrup.
Raspberry Syrup Recipe
Half a cup of fresh raspberries
1 cup sugar
Half a cup of water
Muddle raspberries with the sugar and leave for 30mins
Heat the water (not boiling) and add the raspberry mixture
Stir until sugar is dissolved then strain into a bottle
This should keep for 1 month refrigerated.
