On the Olympics thing. As Jesse said.. e-sports are owned by companies, which control everything single thing about the game. What if Riot, Blizzard or Valve decide to shut everything down? Traditional sports have leagues and associations, but the game itself is free. The concept of the game doesn't belong to anyone. And what will the criteria be, who decides which e-sport deserves to be added to the Olympics? It's going to get crazy and full of controversy because whichever game is picked will get a massive boost.

No matter how corrupt FIFA is and how much we dislike it. It is definitely not a company. It's a governing body. It's registered as non-profit, so any money it earns must be invested back into the development of football. And they are actually investing a lot. On top of that, the FIFA president, and the presidents of all the associations under it are elected officials. They don't really own shit, they have their term being in control and they go away. These officials do find ways to make money for themselves, but this is nothing like an owner of a company trying to make the highest profits possible.

I've been loyally watching this show for years, and not one presented has ever picked a book I narrated. I've been staring into the presenters eyes for hours on end, week after week, sending the "pick my book" vibes. I not sure I'm doing it right. At times I thought I might have got through to Jesse. They decided to watch a movie titled "Magic Mike" for which they had not seen any trailers for, only the title on the board because my grandmother is a fiction junkie and who does not like a movie about Magic??? Well, to say the least, my grandmother was pleasantly surprised with the movie that was delivered to her. I dunno if Dodger realises that she completely nailed the ending of why the ending of 10 Cloverfield Lane feels like a different movie. Originally it was never a part of the Cloverfield universe, it was called something different and was adapted during production to be part of the universe. The ending after she escapes and the beginning were changed and scenes were reshot to make it fit in the Cloverfield universe. Whenever I watch the film I always feel it should end the second she escapes, as the big mystery of the film is is the catastrophic event real or is the guy whos bunker it is nuts. I feel leaving that unresolved is more of a powerful ending than the one that was in the film... I guess it worked in a way though, so many people saw that film because of its connection to Cloverfield, if it had have ran with the original title it probably wouldn't have been as big, which is a shame because it is a fantastic movie.

Volrath I think the movie would never have been made without JJ’s help since he intended the Cloverfield brand to help get smaller and more indie movie ideas off the ground. The ending is really worse off for it though and would have been way better(without spoilers) if it ended after “Oh come on” had been said.

Paying for Prime on Amazon isn't worth it for me, I don't order that much, so that won't affect me. And I've long resorted to AdBlock or straight up watching Twitch via the VLC Video Player instead, because Amazon has WAY over-done it with rolling ads. Genna - I think its a mistake to only plan to play up until max level and be done with the expansion, wow in the last few years is set up so that hitting max level is essentially only the opening sequence. A much better way to plan is to hit max level now, then plan to come back every 3-6 months for another content chunk.

Did my very first escape room experience a few days ago with coworkers and it was very entertaining (had played some escape room board game experiences like the unlock series before that) and of course we failed on one of the very last puzzles, one very similar to one I had solved in the Unlock board game so that was a bit frustrating. Very fun experience though and I highly recommend the Fox in a Box if any one ever are in Stockholm Sweden.
