You really are a talented man, not just your brick work, tiling, cement work etc, but also by managing and getting the best out of your team. Impressive stuff. The only thing that irritates me is how easy you make it all look. My last little bricklaying project took 3 hours of fussing and it still looked kak. It’s great watching someone with the confidence that comes with years of practice.

ive been watching your videos for a while now and am amazed at the fantastic standard of workmanship you and your team achieve. Having a good team is essential to achieving this goal .I am a landscape gardener myself and have been for 20 years, ive always struggled with pricing jobs up , be it price per square meter for block paving or how much per meter for fencing etc , but your jobs are so large and complex im fascinated how you go about pricing them , do you roughly work out how many days and how many men involved or have you got some other method , id be grateful for any advice ,many thanks keep up the good HARD work .

Looking great feller yes lots planning with levels but far worth taking the time to get it correct first time , ide hate to get to a point in the build and find that the finish stone or level required a section to be rebuilt,, thumbs up staying late to address your problem not easily done after a hard days graft put in already…👍 thank god for task lighting ….you have pretty eyes and want to grow old watching the nipper take over put glasses on cutting the brick I’ve got damaged eye from many years ago doing the same thing,,,,😢 gloves be good messing with mortar for the nipper keep his skin soft and crack free,,,😂😂 u know this sorry sound like mr health and safety,,😮 great channel to discover and look forward to and appreciate the work putting such content up on u tube after a hard days work sat in front of computer editing this stuff 👍👍👍 kinda miss doing this sort of work if I were in better nick ide take a week off pop up give ya a hand in the summer …😊

Jacob's had a good teacher 👍You say there's been a lot of head scratching matty but, you've got to know what you're doing in the first place. How you go about digging out and planning it out, knowing how much to dig out, sizes, where to start and finish, its absolutely amazing. You have a cracking team who know what to do, when to do and where. Looking at todays vlog its shows how it's all coming together from what looked like a bomb sits at the beginning. Once again a lot of respect for you and your lads.
