The COD Camo Grind sucks - How it could be improved

Whilst I agree with much of this, I disagree with larger killstreaks for mastery. I would put myself in that 'above average but not good enough to stomp' bracket. I can probably count on two hands the amount of 15 streaks I have over mw3. Even then, it was likely with meta weapons. Larger kill streaks for mastery would be a nightmare for off meta weapons in, for me at least, consistently sweaty lobbies. I would love to see an objective based side to some camos like you said, as thats how I tend to play the game. I really agree on the 'affected by tacticals' part as well. Warzone has 'pinged by teammates' in their camo grinds which is is infuriating as camos should never be reliant on anyone other than yourself.

I agree with all of the points made but also I think a big thing that takes the enjoyment out of it is trying to be as efficient as possible. I do the challenges casually as a play. And I might not get mastery cameo but I get other cool cameos And I’m okay with that because at the end of the year. Will I feel better if, i enjoyed the game play? or if i have mastery cameo. Maybe the grind length should be shorter but at the same time. No one is saying you have to complete all of the challenges either. More content is technically better I guess. Idk 😂

Yeah I definitely agree with what you're saying, doing it more naturally playing MP over the year would be better, but then you'd be using guns that you don't like for much longer. Maybe for BO6 I'll space it out more since I like the MP better

@@GeekyPastimeskill streak cameo seem like a really good idea. It does show skill instead of grind. I wouldn’t want them to completely take away grind cameos tho. Let the noobs grind some type of cameo 💀😂

The RGL equipment one isn't so bad now. When I did it, only claymores would count towards it and shortly after I managed to complete it, they changed it so about 8 different equipment counted. Think I'd spent best part of a week running it to get it done

Having to get 36 MW3 weapons platinum or Forged is what bothers me. I wish it was just separated by class to get interstellar. The Haymaker was the most annoying for me. I couldn't wait to finish that weapon. 😄

You could also just camp to get a 15 killstreak and we can debate all day if camping takes skill or not and if its gonna slow down the pacing of the game.

Thank god your not a developer at cod as your ideas about improving the camo grind completely ruins it, making it way way to easy. Most of your ideas is just trying to remove all of the grind out of the game. There’s a lot of us out there that enjoy the grind and it gives us something to do in the game…

Yeah, like I always make clear, I'd never expect the developers to make changes to the game based on what I want, they make the game and I can play it or not. I just don't like playing the game as a grind, I want to be having fun all the time I'm playing it

the thing i like about mastary camo is its something worth grinding when not many people have it. liek modern warfare 2019 took me 2 months to get it and u rarely scene anyone have the camo ever which made them better. thats my opinion
