It's interesting that you gave it a 4/5 although you solved it in minutes and the algorithm was quite straight forward. You first looked what is movable at all and than continued to use that coin to move other parts. There are other puzzles where you have to do tons of steps and if you do one mistake, you are stuck and have to start again.

The giant screws offend my sensibilities. Especially when step one provides you with what appears to be a tool for removing them, and doing so would clearly free the coin. I really hope the instructions say they are not part of the solution. But even if they do it's still a serious flaw conceptually that a direct everyday action is a better solution than the intended solution.

Perfectly fine puzzle, but definitely not a 4 out of 5....three steps to solve all of which were not unusually hard or unusual. I would have said 2 out of 5....look how quickly it got solved !

I'd love to see a "best of" list of some kind with your favorites of the year or so. I've noticed a lot of us tend to think that the harder a puzzle is, the "better" it is, but you've shown that a lot of brilliant puzzles have ingenious and clever solutions even if they aren't brutally difficult that take hours.

I think a puzzle manufacturer who has constant problems with screws should at least have a disclaimer on the packaging. Maybe paint the screws bright orange and say"Do not move the orange screws whilst trying to solve this puzzle." I'd hate to think I was getting somewhere only for the entire thing to fall apart in my hands!

The obvious thing to do with a coin is turn a screw. It should at least be attempted. If you need rely on foreknowledge not to turn the screw something stinks.

4 out of 5 ? for a 2 step puzzle.... and what about the screw/pin inside ? , just remove it without any usage ? Either there is more to this puzzle and you got lucky or it should be (imho) lower rated. Sadly you didn't open the puzzle after solving to see the inside.

I think you should record the intro after you have filmed a live solve. That way you can give your difficulty rating, talk about the quality of the puzzle design (not just materials used). Then after your intro move back to the live solve. Love your videos, they have inspired me to start puzzle-ing :)

This one would be hard to figure out. But I think it's a little disappointing because there wasn't many moves to get to the solution. With all of those layers I was thinking there would be some sort of sliding maze combination. I think they could have gone a step further with it if they used the other layers but then again if they did that it might be more frustrating than fun to figure out. Or like Mr Puzzle was thinking, that screw/magnet could have been used to manipulate another piece.
