Spin off from the Taiwanese drama series "Devil Beside You". Mike He as the ML in that series was just divine. Casting for this youtube drama went absolutely wrong for the ML. Lin Jiaqi is a good actor but not suited for this ML character role. He made the ML character look like a lech and kind of creepy. He is much suited for mature roles. Everyone needs to watch the original series to understand what I mean. PS: The later half(Ep-4 onwards) of the Korean series "Love Rain" has a similar theme of to-be step siblings falling in love. Both the Taiwanese and the Korean series are just gems that will make you glued to the screen till the end. Jang Keun-suk's role (ML)as a arrogant fashion photographer and Im Yoon-ah(FL) as a horticulturist was a sweet and sour romance.

Apesar dos tabus que existiram talvez resistam.. o casal protagonista é fantástico lindos demais talentosos fofos profissionais adoráveis com atuação maravilhosa demais sou fã adorei a forma que encararam as dificuldades. Costuming for this drama seems to be cheap. The supposedly high-end items look like they were bought at the flea market. The pink outfit FL wears, it's so short you can see her bloomers. Writers are illogical. Why let the evil girl stay in the company after her repeated attempts to harm FL? Otherwise, acting was good. Story was decent.

Oh my sweet baby Jesus, this is the absolutely cutest CDrama I've watched in a long time. The ML is billed as a devil, but from what I noticed the devil comes out in his adorable childish devil grin when dealing with the FL. 😂😂😂 I did need to skip ahead during some of the lengthy dialogue heavy parts. Dropped. Look I tried okay even with the new "incest" storyline that's becoming popular with these dramas nowadays. I just can't get over how fl allows herself to be coerced into things, for example; 2fl revealed fl's relationship with ml while fl was quiet ml defended her, fl's mom organizing the date with 3ml in front of ml and fl didn't say she wasn't interested, ml's grandpa organizing 3fl to come into the company and asks fl's help to make ml and 3fl grow closer AND SHE ACTUALLY DOES IT! I get being nonconfrontational and soft spoken but don't be a doormat. So infuriating watching fl run after 3fl when ml scolds her (3fl) like ofc your bf isn't going to like other girls, he's a good man! Be decisive about your relationship! 🙄

I don’t see the issue here- they aren’t related by blood nor were they even raised together- FL mother and ML father got together later in life and the FL and ML met recently so why would it even be frowned upon. I frown upon the fact children in these short dramas sacrifice so much of their life to their parents even their own happiness and I also frown upon the parents that expect their children to make these sacrifices simply because they raised them. They didn’t ask to be here, the parents made that decision and knew responsibility that came with that decision- of course, there is nothing wrong with being grateful to parents but parents shouldn’t act like their children owe them let alone expect it. Like here, if the FL mother knew she should be happy for her daughter not expect her give up her love and happiness for her and same for the ML and his father- they aren’t doing anything wrong, it’s not incest/taboo that their children fell in love with each other. Allow it and leave em’ be.

So i love this ML and have seen him play many parts. And I really wanted to like this drama, but i simply couldn’t get past the FL. I am simply not a fan of the FL character that plays the childish, pouty, bratty role. I made out ten minutes and had to move on. Which sucks because I really love the ML and the assistant is actually a good looking guy. I was to see how this played out, unfortunately i couldn’t make it to the end.
