The symbolism in this scene is so powerful. The prodigal daughter came home and her father who had been harsh to her welcomed her with open and outstretched arms. So at that time she was in late 50s or early 60, and the young lady looked like she was in early 20s! That one hell of age gap to be sisters! And the one who was playing the piano was her daughter's also! And that's her father kept her away from her daughters so they wouldn't end up like her!
