Very happy to listen to Pandit Venkatesh Kumar sir. His renderings are very unique both in aalap and drut. He exports his audience to a different world divine vibrations. His is a child like innocence. A worthy disciple of of Great saint Puttaraj Gawaigalu, VK has come across many thorny a life in earlier years. His Classical singing is always filled with Divine vibrations as though he himself is totally lost in the raag rendering itself. Wish him sound health and long career.

Excellent now a days this brandish is rarely preformed.there is no north south problem but before 15years name of venkayeshkumarji was not known to we mumbaikar .now he got good publicity.it is surprising that so called music organizers had not shown any interest although he was possessing all qualities of good singer. In view of this it is pride feeling . It is fact that in our music there are no of good artist awating opportunities . In life of artist bhagyodaya is also important.
