Ripley was a Warrant Officer in the first movie, which is a weird naval rank that falls between enlisted and commissioned. I don't believe the movie ever specifies what Ripley's actual job on the Nostromo was, but a WO is typically a specialist in a highly technical field.

thats basically all a warrant officer is, specialist in a bunch of random certs. safe assumption is shes just an engineer with way too many bonus certs.

Ripley's official job on the Nostromo in the first movie was Executive Officer under the Captain. Her actual function on the ship was primarily a systems operator (making sure all the different ship systems are working correctly) and navigation. In the second movie she is also revealed to be a trained pilot. In the side materials she is shown to have a Master's degree in engineering, so that tracks with everything that everyone else has said.

You should know about the Sludge monster. he gives all creatures with a slime counter no abilities, and 2/2 base stats. even without proliferate, everything takes -4-4 per trip around the table.

my own best option for an alien deck is Brimaz from MoM commander. everytime we cast an artifact or phyrexian spell we create an incubation token with x counters (x = spells manacost) so i did for it an costum skin where brimaz is the queen. i also habe Deathbringer liege as an alien army to push my other creatures and to destroy my opponents creature. i also change my 3 elesh norn to david from promethius/covanant because he is the mother at the moment in the story and the last elesh norn can kill all non phyrexians. like david did on the planet of the engeniers. and sheoldred whispering as an alien king so i can bring back my aliens but they kill every time a monster of my opponents. i want to make my full brimaz deck into an alien deck reskin. but i need something that can give my enemys -1/-1 counters in it for the acid blood if its dies or something that can give it like a spiter alien. i think Persistent Constrictor would be great in a deck like this. but i also plan an alien based sliver deck where Rukarumel, Biologist could be as David a great commander and also use some eldrazis for big aliens XD

Very cool idea for a deck but I can't really agree with it personally as Xenomorphs shouldn't be blue they aren't really generally intelligent enough to be blue they should definitely be black red and could arguably be green as well because obviously they are extremely aggressive and just try to murder everything so that would make them red and black
