I guess everyone wants to be a leader or the boss so they break away from the existing group and form their own to be their own boss and this creates division and destroys the harmony. Nagas are a cluster of tribes so if every tribe decides to break further by clan or title, we are never gonna see 'unity in diversity' in this lifetime or the next. Sorry to say but from 4th mile onwards, there are lots of small.villages where even 5 households become a ward or sector/village/whatever they call it. Maybe Nagas are never meant to unite.
