Lovely tag - enjoyed hearing your answers that were so well thought out. Lonesome Dove is the only book I've ever thrown, it just broke my heart - and yes, ripped me to shreds-well said.

Hi Kim, I have at least 6 of these titles on my shelves. Just finishing up Lonesome Dove and am quite enjoying the book although parts are quite heartbreaking. I need to prioritize The Grapes of Wrath soon (ish). I took your advice and subscribed to Pat's channel a while back and she is a Godsend as well as yourself. I can always depend on a feeling of community and a chance to "chat" about books even if only in a comment section of a KZbin video. Take care.

For me, the funniest Pym book is “Jane and Prudence“. Loved it! Also a great friendship book. You’ve inspired me to reread The Hobbit. I think it’s just what I need before the election. I am always rereading Middlemarch. Literally. Whenever I’m between books and I don’t know what to read. I pick it up and read another chapter.

Dear Kim, this was absolutely delightful. Thank you so much for doing this tag. I loved all of your choices for these prompts, and I just adore how you kept holding up The Hobbit for every question. Perfect! Did I ever tell you that I live in a little town called Cranford? It's true. I think it's time I read Gaskell's book! I don't know if you saw the tag video that I posted today, but I actually talked about your openings to your videos as something that always makes me laugh, and then you come on tonight, and you do it again. I did laugh out loud when you started with "Bueller, Bueller?" I used to say that in the classroom if I'd ask a question and nobody responded. So funny! Thank you, my dear friend, for putting so much thought into this tag. Know how much I appreciate you and how grateful I am for your friendship.

Katie just said today not to start Gaskell with _Cranford_ but that’s the one I was thinking on. But then, she’s no acolyte of Eliot so maybe our tastes are different. 🤔 Your video makes me see Tolkien in a new light.
