I saw hate Chara when played as alphys skin, but the phase 4 Chara icon looked like p1 Chara but wth half-hated face. Also she screamed as in undertale genocide. She's so fast, but thankfully she didn't have slash ability at that time and I killed her at last second. When she's closer to you, screen is becoming darker.

The fastest character that can frisk is actually papyrus. Combined with the both bone attacks and cool dude attack, frisk dies in few seconds. Also you dont need to teleport to beat frisk or chara, nor you need to move. at the start of the round just hold the gaster blaster attack and release it, after İMMEDİATELY just throw frisk away. This works even in nightmare.

Also for anyone wondering, for the directional gaster blaster, turn on bad time mode on sans, and hold gaster blaster attack. Theres 4 different type of attack settings. First is normal attacks, second is hold attacks, third is bad time attacks, and fourth is bad time hold attacks. Your attacks change if you hold them. Both their power, and the skill entirely. As an example if you press dash ability once, you roll. But if you hold it and release, you slash and dash (doesnt deal damage but dashes even further) this tactic allows you to beat chara in nightmare with undyne, although undyne has a easier tactic where you make frisk green soul, and just throw random spears, right after your energy ends, make it green again

Just a bit of a correction for the 1.5.1 frisk segment. You could actually do the slash if you held down z and released it at the perfect time. In addition you still could go in the later phases by accumulating the energy more. You were still dealing more damage per phase, usually one-shotting with phase 3 chara. It was also related to the phase you were against (for example chara phase 3 against phase 3 chara dealt normal damage but with huge knockback, also with the dash-slash) The difficulty was to get to the later phases at which point you would dominate the opponent

For sans what you want to do is immediately use 2 throws then teleport to the right. Then begin charging a gasterblaster this will be small it will have good range and width, it is also more cost efficient. Then immediately use throws till you hear a thud, rinse repeat till done

Very Cool Video! Also,Undyne now is the easiest character,because you can just stand close to Frisk/Chara and spam spears ._. The only place where it works BUT NOT IMMEDIATELY is the 2nd and third difficulty levels On demonic mode you do this tactic until the third phase, in the third phase of enchantment, you make a green soul and spam spears.... By the way, she is my favorite character, but I’m sorry that they made her so broken.... (But this does not mean that it is not possible to complete the game without this bug, I did it easily)

So, Woloned did plan on adding back challenges and Disbelief, but update 1.6.1 was meant to release in July/August but too many things came in the way and he's trying to get what he can in. And yes, medium is unbalanced, though the user LoveKarma proved it's not impossible, just very very hard. And yeah, bugs are rampant, Woloned is doing what he can to fix them. He spent a month and a half just fixing 1.6 bugs before he actually started working on 1.6.1.

i did sort of find a way to play around the disbelief thing, you can unlock him on 1.5 then you will have access to his attacks in character creator, and you can recreate his phase 1 pretty easily, so that's nice. Alternatively you can use unlockall but cheating is quite lame!

You're completely right. I'm gonna be honest, I wish I structured the Frisk segment differently. I was supposed to talk about their 1.6 gameplay and my experience, but I had to mention their previous iterations which turned into a rant. The thing is that I painted 1.5.1 as a game killer, when in reality the rework wasn't bad, they were just undertuned, and 1.5.2 fixed that, and then there were a few small changed in 1.6, but ultimately I'm just upset that 1.6 took away the scaling damage between phases.

If it’s on Chara phase 1, then if the Player has phase 3 it has extra defense to survive against it. probably for balancing issues to their view. And if both the Enemy and Player are on phase 3, then the balance is that the Enemy has a ton of defense, so it doesn’t get too easy and end quickly. Like in Demonic Mode.

interesting fact: including alphas, betas, and demos, 1.6.0.8 is the 69th version of bonetale. take this with a grain of salt, since anything before version 2.1 is completely foreign. the only, and i repeat, _ONLY_ evidence i found of a version before 2.1 is the bonetale evolution video on the rewase games channel showing off the 1.0 version. i'm still not entirely sure why they made 9 alpha builds for 3.4 and then renamed it to 1.4 before making the 2 beta builds. i've spent 2 months trying to track down older versions of bonetale how do you expect me not to sound clinically insane

I can't speak for 1.5, but in 1.4.2, you had a 1/1200 chance of encountering her, mainly on Hard 3. She's extremely fast, the screen rapidly darkens, and good luck using any control abilities against her because she's immune. The 1.6 beta allowed you to turn into her if you transformed from phase 3 Chara, but it was broken and you couldn't attack or be attacked (and it was missing the model). It's scary.

Guess that's how I beat Hard 1, haha. Now I know how to cheat hard 3 and demonic without using infinite bad time and zero cooldown...though I'll likely still try for an actual strategy, too.

Also, if you stand near to frisk/ phase 1 or 2 chara, you can use spears to attack [] and spam them until [] dies.

As a mobile user (ın easy mode) The leves ı beat: -sans -undyne -papyrus -frisk As for Asgore and flowey... Well ı stuck and couldnt finish. -Asgore (demonic mode) -Flowey (hard mod 3) As a person who couldnt play any other .chara.chter other than sans and bearly beat the game with frisk, with this update, this game ıs now a GAME to ME. It ıs now fun to ME and ı get addictied. I do belive, ıt because of better enemy aı and characters ın general. ( 12:06 chara was strong but the gameplay was personely awfull. And ı couldnt even play as other characters ıt was to hard for ıts own good. But now ı fellt like game ıs fix and mostly frisk gameplay ıs fix. Plus they even became my main XP farm! ) So ıt ıs a better update to me but character creator ıs bugy as hell. 36:49 All ı want was play as chihiro fujisaki but "her" Skin always glicth out :c "My hopes and dreams now ruind and all ı feel ıs despear..." Edit: Ok my English ıs pretty bad so If ı write wrong ım sorry. I hope ı can explan my experience and thoughts 😅

I couldn't beat Demonic Mode on Papyrus even on easy mode, but everyone else I did. I'm doing a followup video, and in it, I manage to beat the campaign as almost everyone. Flowey has a really funny trick that makes it stupidly easy. Asgore is impossible for all I know. Now, I'm glad you bring up Frisk, because I regret how I structured my Frisk segment. I painted the rework as some kind of game killer, when in reality, their numbers were just undertuned at first and the followup patch (that I did not talk about) fixed that, then 1.6 had 3 main changes, one of them being that you no longer scale damage between phases, which turns it into "spam ranged slashes." I absolutely agree when I saw that the gameplay of old Frisk was terrible, but a part of me wishes they kept the scaling damage so that when you finally transform into nightmare Chara, you feel like you earned the power to delete your enemy, or at least you could in 1.5.2. I have an entire document filled with a list of bugs I've encountered, and the character creator has a number of them. Your writing was perfectly understandable, don't worry.

Thanks for the response! Im looking forward to the time you beat the game as papyrus. :D Plus ı am now correct myself that Asgore ıs still need to work, ı thought only ı couldnt beat ıt. And ı kinda also wish that we can still hit one shot as chara. For people who are new gonna have hard time beating the game anyway so ıt can be a good buff to hit one shot after beating the demonic mode. I mean, at least ıt can be very good award after beating the demonic mode as frisk. I dont think ıt ıs not İmpossible to ımport that. They can do this only to that character and not allow ın character Creation. Just to thinking about ıt makes me wanna beat the game with frisk all over again! I hope they can fix bugs to. I love this game and ı Apprentice ıts creator and ı everyone else who work and make ıt better.

Okay, I know that Chara's 4th form is an Easter egg (that is currently removed), but how cool would it be if it was made an unlocked feature after finding it? Also, I'd love to see Asriel as a playable character after Gaster.

Presumably, it should be possible. I can't prove that because I've only played the PC version of the game. However, trying to encounter it may be a slow process since in PC you can hit esc to go to the main menu at any point, whereas on mobile you have to kill, die, or close and re-open the game.

I did the entire video on medium difficulty, which I did not acknowledge existed until the Frisk segment, however I decided that I should not have to change the difficulty for beating the game to be possible. As far as I know, you *can* beat Demonic with Frisk and Undyne which I could not reach, however Papyrus is impossible. Not sure about Flowey and Asgore. But the game, for the most part, is doable on easy settings, the large gaster blaster and blue soul works on demonic for easy difficulty settings, but not so much medium.
