In the box you will get a dc adaptor so you need to plug it in any 2 pin ac socket as a power supply. As cloud storage you'll get 7 days free subscription after that you have to pay for it, otherwise you can get a sandisk high endurance 128 gb it'll easily handle 6-7 days 24 hours recording.

it wil detect pets, but you get anotification that a car is detected. does it with my cats and dogs. not sure how far off it wil detect and follow though
